We are looking for
a customer-oriented
administrative assistant
to join Gelatex's Tallinn team and help support the smooth operations of a science and innovation-oriented startup.
You will contribute in making revolution in wound care, cultured meat or drug and cosmetics development by unlocking the potential of nanofibers.

Gelatex Technologies is a unique materials technology startup based in Tallinn, operating in the field of nanofibers.
Our nanofibers can be used in various applications such as wound care, pharmaceutical and cosmetics development, and cultured meat.
The Gelatex science and innovation-oriented team works towards making people's lives healthier and more sustainable worldwide.
At Gelatex, you will:

Respond to incoming inquiries or redirect them internally

Confirm sales orders and prepare invoices
-
Prepare contracts and other documents and archive them
-
Receive shipments (including arranging customs declarations)
-
Pack outgoing shipments and arrange their dispatch
-
Order necessary office supplies
-
Manage the webstore (update product information, etc.)
-
Report on meetings
-
Communicate with the building manager and cleaning company
-
Ensure the ongoing cleanliness of the office and watering of office plants
-
Assist in welcoming guests and organizing internal events
-
Collaborate with both sales and development team members
We expect you to have:

Experience in similar tasks

Customer-oriented and positive attitude

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Very good communication and collaboration skills

Ability to notice details

Very good oral and written English language skills

It is beneficial if you have also:

Previous experience with tasks related to logistics, sales, or accounting

Good Estonian language skills

Driver's license
